Know Espirito Santo and its Port Complex

Vitoria is the capital of Espirito Santo, and is one of the three island capitals in Brazil. It is located in the Southeast, at 20 ° 19'09 'south latitude and 40 ° 20'50' W.

With a population of 320,156 inhabitants, estimated by the IBGE in 2009, the city of Vitoria is the fourth most populous in the state (behind the adjacent cities of Vila Velha, Serra and Cariacica) and integrates a large geographical area called metropolitan region of Vitoria, composed by the cities of Vitoria, Cariacica, Fundão, Guarapari, Serra, Viana and Vila Velha.

Victoria is surrounded by the Bay of Vitoria.

   

Espirito Santo has a variety of ports and terminals, considered the major Port Complex in Brazil, with capacity to serve different types of operations, including containers, roll-on roll-off ships, marble, granite, agricultural products and general cargo, still mill products, cellulose.

Vitoria Port has also the ideal infrastructure to provide services to offshore activities.
